Tray sealing specialist Proseal will be hosting an open day at its global headquarters in Adlington, Cheshire to showcase its latest innovations.

Taking place 11 August, Proseal will demonstrate its range of capabilities in the design, manufacture and installation of complete line solutions for the efficient, and reliable sealing of all types of tray formats.

A fully integrated working line will be on show. This will comprise Proseal’s latest high-performance tray sealing machine and recently launched CP3 advanced case packing system, together with its OC linear conveyor with intelligent filler control system, all of which are controlled and monitored by sister JBT company Autocoding Systems’ (ACS) advanced software.

In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to tour Proseal’s 20,000m2 site and learn more about the company’s design and manufacturing capabilities, including its unique Test Kitchen that enables food manufacturers to carry out shelf-life trials and seal integrity testing in order to identify their ideal tray packing solution.

Jon Garner, president Packaging Group, said: “Our open day will give visitors the time to learn about our company and our solutions, including meeting people from across our sales, service and project teams, in a relaxed environment where there is also the opportunity to enjoy some free time as well. We look forward to welcoming everyone to what we hope will be both a thoroughly informative and enjoyable day.”
