Health Innovations launches new manufacturing technology for effervescents

Nutritional supplements formulation and manufacture specialist Health Innovations has launched a new manufacturing technology for effervescents.

EfferShield is new patented technology in the effervescent category – and it is designed to mitigate the need for traditional effervescent plastic tubes.

Health Innovations, is the licensed partner to manufacture, formulate and develop effervescent products in the food and pharma sector utilising the EfferShield technology, available in powder and tablet formats, suitable for different packaging options.

Health Innovations can now pack effervescent tablets and powders in to both pouch and stick packs for single use, providing versatile and easy to use on the go packaging formats. With recyclable and home compostable options available too.

The company said it’s patented crystal engineering creates a moisture resistant barrier, which provides a stable base to develop & create exciting innovative formulations.
